As your Business Development Consultant, Letecia Johnson Enterprises (LJ Enterprises), will be responsible for:
- Managing and implementing all marketing through video,email and print advertising
- Social media marketing and re-branding

- Promoting and capturing all organization programming and activities.

- LJ Enterprises will develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets
- LJ Enterprises, will collaborate with your art department and decision makers to plan and develop site content, style and layout.
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid marketing campaigns – content creation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis, and much more.
- Create and publish engaging social media content.
- Use content management systems to analyze website traffic and users engagement metrics.
- Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic.
- Ensure compliance with law (e.g. copyright and data protection).
- Stay up-to-date with (related industry) developments and generate new ideas to draw audience’s attention.
- Manage photo and video productions, on location if required.
- Work with third-party design teams if required, to develop marketing strategy for all departments within your organization.
- Overseeing vendors (if required), implementing timelines and coordinating deliverable if required.
- LJ Enterprises, will deploy and execute successful marketing campaigns.
- Build strategic relationships and partnerships with key industry players, agencies and vendors
- Allocate and invest marketing budget wisely
- Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
- Assist in planning and executing all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize budget-based on performance.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies with organization decision makers.
- Collaborate with decision makers to create landing pages and optimize user experience across all platforms.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple customer user channels.
- Collaborate with organizations third party agencies and other vendor partners if necessary.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies.
Social Media Management
- Manage day-to-day social media activities including planning and implementing a social calendar, creating content to support daily posts and responding to consumer inquiries on all organizations social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google Plus, etc).
- Create monthly post calendar for all social channels.
- Interact with partners, fans, influencers and bloggers to cultivate engaged social communities, offer customer service and drive SEO and referral traffic.
- Use social media to identify trends, problems and areas of opportunity to positively impact your organization.
- Ensure consistency of messaging across all social networks.
- Build and nurture a network of local movers, shakers and influencers.
